Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit reliable and hardworking Assembly Line Workers to support production operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can follow detailed instructions while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Compensation & Hours: 

•    The rate of pay will be $20–$24/hr, depending on experience

•    Full-time, temporary position

•    Monday to Friday (shift schedule may vary)

•    Must be available for rotational shift work as required

Position Summary: 

•    Work on an assembly line performing repetitive production tasks

•    Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications

•    Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards

•    Maintain productivity while ensuring accuracy and consistency

•    Support machine operators and production staff as needed

•    Keep workstations clean and organized

•    Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines

•    Adapt to different tasks as production needs change

Required Qualifications: 

•    Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred

•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment

•    Strong attention to detail and quality

•    Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lb consistently

•    Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic

•    Must be available for rotational shift work

•    Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Bonus Points For: 

•    Experience in warehouse or industrial environments

•    Familiarity with production machinery or assembly processes

•    Previous shift work experience
