Select is partnering with our client to recruit a skilled and reliable Fabricator to join their production team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work, enjoys hands-on projects, and can confidently interpret technical drawings and apply strong geometry skills to ensure accurate measurements, layouts, and assembly.

Compensation & Hours: 

•    The rate of pay will be $22/hr

•    Full-time position, temporary position

•    Monday to Friday (hours may vary based on production needs)

Position Summary: 

•    Cut, shape, assemble, and fabricate metal components

•    Apply strong measurement and geometry skills to calculate angles, dimensions, and material layouts

•    Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently

•    Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy

•    Perform measurements and adjustments as needed

•    Maintain a clean and safe work environment

•    Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Required Qualifications: 

•    Previous fabrication or metalworking experience

•    Ability to read and understand technical drawings

•    Strong attention to detail and quality standards

•    Comfortable using hand tools and fabrication machinery

•    Ability to lift materials and work in a physically demanding environment

•    Strong commitment to workplace safety

Bonus Points For: 

•    Welding experience or certification

•    Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

•    Strong applied math skills, including the ability to work confidently with angles, measurements, and geometric calculations

•    Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
