Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit a dependable Manufacturing Plant Labourer to support daily production and plant operations in Nobleford. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is comfortable working in a production environment, follows safety procedures, and can keep up with changing priorities.

Compensation & Hours: 

•    The rate of pay will be $21–$23/hr, depending on experience

•    Full-time, temporary position

•    Location: Nobleford, AB

Position Summary: 

•    Assist with general production and manufacturing tasks throughout the plant

•    Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products

•    Support production staff with various hands-on tasks

•    Operate basic tools and equipment as required

•    Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment

•    Maintain clean and organized work areas

•    Follow established safety and quality procedures

•    Complete general labour and plant maintenance duties as assigned

Required Qualifications: 

•    Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labour is an asset

•    Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment

•    Physically capable of lifting and moving materials as required

•    Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift

•    Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

•    Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team

•    Reliable transportation to Nobleford, AB

Bonus Points For: 

•    Previous manufacturing or industrial experience

•    Forklift or other material-handling equipment experience

•    Workplace safety certifications such as WHMIS or First Aid
