Our client is looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor who knows how to keep projects moving, teams aligned, and quality high. The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily on-site construction activities, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the job site, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget.

Compensation & Hours: 

•    The rate of pay will be $85K/year

•    Monday through Friday, daytime hours

•    Company vehicle

Position Summary: 

•    Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities and personnel 

•    Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope 

•    Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers 

•    Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and standards 

•    Enforce health and safety policies and ensure a safe work environment 

•    Schedule and coordinate trades, materials, and equipment 

•    Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings 

•    Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner 

•    Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs and reports

Required Qualifications: 

•    Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial construction

•    2+ years proven experience leading teams and managing subcontractors effectively 

•    Solid understanding of health and safety regulations 

•    Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings 

•    Strong organizational and time management skills 

•    Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 

•    Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract
