Lunch & Learn - Leadership & Wellbeing Series 2

October 8, 2026 (11:30 AM - 1:00 PM) (MDT)

Description

Leadership Coaching: Building Stronger People & Stronger Workplaces

Great workplaces don’t happen by accident. They are built by leaders who know how to support their people, develop their potential and create an environment where employees can thrive.

Join the Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce on October 8 for the next session in our Leadership & Wellbeing Lunch & Learn Series, featuring Sam Stordy, National Partnership Advisor with Arcora.

This session will explore how leadership coaching can strengthen confidence, develop adaptable skills and help employees grow into more effective leaders and contributors. For businesses, that investment can translate into stronger engagement, increased productivity, improved retention and a workplace culture where people are better equipped to succeed.

Sam will also introduce the Arcora Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and explore how accessible mental health, wellbeing and resilience supports can complement strong leadership practices and help organizations better support their teams.

What You’ll Explore

Participants will gain insight into:

• The role coaching can play in developing confident, capable employees
• How investing in employee development can support engagement and retention
• The connection between effective leadership and workplace wellbeing
• How EAP resources can support employees through personal and professional challenges
• Practical ways organizations can build stronger, more resilient teams
