Aqua Systems 2000 Inc. is a company with extensive experience in the water resource management industry and takes pride in providing innovative ways to resolving operational and performance problems.

We are looking for a new team member in the position of:

Certified Engineering Technologist (CET)

Responsibilities:

Mechanical design and drawings of AS2I products

Field installation assistance and troubleshooting

Quality assurance and quality control on AS2I products

Create 3-D models using SolidWorks

Generate 2-D drawings with proper dimensions, tolerances, and notes

Delivery of parts to fabrication shops

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with structural steel design calculations and designing custom sheet metal parts for fabrication
• Experience managing medium-large SolidWorks assemblies
• Ability to work independently within a team environment
• Diligent, conscientious, and accountable
• High attention to detail and effective time management
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Computer competency with experience in MS Office suite and SolidWorks
• Ability to drive and walk in rural and outdoor elements and conditions
• Valid Class 5 drivers’ license with reliable vehicle to use for work (vehicle allowance paid)
• Project Management experience an asset

We Offer:

$65 000 - $85 000 annually, based on experience

Full Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
