Select People Solutions is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team. We’re looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, familiar with industrial parts and equipment, and brings strong customer service skills to help clients find the right solutions.

Compensation & Hours: 

•    Pay Rate: $22 – 27 /hour, based on experience 

•    Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours

Position Summary: 

•    Help customers identify the right parts and products for their needs 

•    Provide knowledgeable product information and practical recommendations 

•    Process customer orders accurately and efficiently 

•    Build strong customer relationships while resolving questions and concerns

Required Qualifications: 

•    Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or a related role 

•    Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with vehicles, equipment, or parts 

•    Strong communication and practical problem-solving skills 

•    Ability to learn product information and identify parts and components 

•    Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points:

•    Previous parts, industrial, automotive, agricultural, or equipment experience 

•    Experience with parts identification, inventory, or order processing systems 

•    Experience with inventory
